Assistant Professur (Tenure Track)

Kiel University

I am an assistant professor (tenure track) at the Institute for Psychology of Learning and Instruction at Kiel University, Germany. My research interests include the interplay of students’ achievement and achievement motivation, gender differences and intersectionality in educational contexts, giftedness and high achievement, as well as attitudes and stereotypes of (pre-service) teachers. From a methodological perspective, I am particularly interested in research syntheses with data from educational large-scale assessments and the MAIHDA approach. Research transparency is important to me.
